She has worked with numerous teams and sports including Shelbourne FC, Raheny GAA, Gymnastics Ireland and many more. What Karen has to say ' I am a firm believer in use it or lose it. We have become a population who are in seated and poor positions for most of our day. My aim is to get you moving (and sleeping) pain free and in a way that you can maintain it. Usually this does not involve having to be a member of a gym or using a lot of equipment. I think it is really important for each patient to understand why they have been having these issues. I understand that people have busy lives and that important final to play in, so I try to change habits that will benefit them.
